We originally hired this group to perform SEO for our site. Before doing that we decided to pay them to make programming changes. It was a disaster. ... Show all I am writing this feedback because we feel it is our ethical duty to give warning to others that may have the same issues.
We originally hired this group to perform SEO for our site. Before doing that we decided to pay them to make programming changes. It was a disaster. They never got anything completed anywhere close to the target deadline and it was incredibly difficult to communicate with them.
They seemed very organized at the start, and were very friendly also. But when it came down to it they were unable to manage our expectations. They told us specific changes to our website would be complete within one week, which would be difficult but possible. They sent us mock-ups that were so bad that we considered whether or not they were expert at anything computer related. Because the mock ups were so bad we felt it necessary to tell them exactly what to do in order to streamline and speed up the process. Two months later and problems persisted. Issues were not resolved in a timely manner and I had to spend countless hours reviewing changes, repeating requests and creating hyper specific documents so they could understand what needed to be accomplished.
We ended up chalking this up as a nightmare and valuable learning experience. Show less
