I've worked in various call centers for over 8 years, doing everything from calling credit card applications (where I had to often times obtain information most people DO NOT want to release), supplemental insurance calling, political calling, surveys, inbound orders, charitable calling, appointment setting, business to business calling, and much, much more. I've learned the tricks of the trade, and was often used as an example for trainee's as someone who called with professionalism, tact, and results, as well as for voice quality examples to those who needed more oomph to their intonation.
In the last 6 months, I have been working as a free lancer/contractor, working out of my home office. I currently do data entry, appointment setting, and customer service. The data entry is for a California based land care service (one of the biggest in the state), updating their CRM as needed. Appointment setting is for a foreclosure mortgage specialist, I am calling people who requested information on foreclosure listings from ad's he's posted throughout the state's periodicals. Customer service is for a virtual company based in Norway that does design work for businesses. I help handle live chat requests, call existing customers to welcome them to the company and check back with them periodically during their order process, and take inbound customer support calls to help with anything a customer requests.
I love my job more now than ever. I feel I am the best and always do my best!

Work Terms
|
I prefer to work from my home office between the hours of 8am to 6pm EST, Monday through Friday. I can accept payment through Guru Safe Pay Escrow I will be available both via my phone, instant messaging, and email all hours I am working daily. All term are negotiable.
