Work Terms

I will work hourly projects, hourly plus success bonus, or, in cases where I think the project has a likely level of success, I will consider commission (performance based compensation) only. Case by case consideration.

I expect clients that I obtain through guru to post escrow in amounts and release terms that are negotiated at the beginning of the project.

For multi-week projects I expect to invoice the client weekly and have escrow released in that amount each week as the project progresses.

If the client is not satisfied with the progress of the project, he may cancel the project at any time and pay me for work done to date. There is never a long-term contract and no prepaid funds. I do not expect to be paid for work I haven't performed.

Conversely, if I feel the project is not going well, or if the client's business model does not allow for success, I reserve the right to cancel the project at any time.
