Work Terms
|
- We provide our clients flexible terms in payment. We work on 20-30-50 basis; which means
1) 20% advance: After a week we will deliver you two designs, to choose from, for your website. We will make changes, if required, in the chosen design until it is 100% according to the liking of the client. In rare cases where our customers don’t like either of the two designs we can provide another one.
2) 30% once design work is approved: Before commencing the work on the development of the website we require the next 30% of the total payment.
3) 50% after completion of the site: Once the website is fully developed, we will ask our clients to test the functionality of the site on our test domain. Once client is 100% satisfied that we have met all the requirements of the site we will require the next 50% of the payment. Upon receiving the payment we will migrate the website to the owner’s domain.
- Customer and Technical support is available from 9am-6pm EST. Customer’s query turnaround time is 15 minutes.
- Our customer service is available for correspondence through phone, email and skype.
- We sign NDA with clients; any information provided by them remains confidential
