Work Terms

• General Availability:
Please be aware that my services will only be provided on a Part-time basis, nights and weekends, and in no way be allowed to impose, compromise, or supersede my regular employment. I will however attempt to give reasonable priority to any emergency situations.

• Communication:
My preference for communications is via email during normal work day hour, and alternatively by phone other times. Actually, I due to security reasons, I am not available by phone during the normal work hours.

• Documentation for projects:
The client should be prepared to provide document(s) which specifically detail the purpose, scope, requirements, and deliverables. In turn, I will provide a Statement of Work which specifically details the plan, methods, and time and cost estimates.

• Payment Method:
Guru.com advocates that all pros and employers transact through SafePay Escrow which better ensures both parties’protection and satisfaction should disputes arise.
I strongly prefer this method be utilized in the first engagement. With subsequent engagements the standard SafePay method can be an option if payment by Check, E-check, or Wire Transfer is agreed upon.
