Work Terms

Communication: We believe in maintaining a very active communication and as part of our development process we send weekly status reports on the projects to our clients over the weekend and follow-up with at least one weekly meetings to discuss any questions. The number of meetings per week depends on the project's complexity and progress or based on the client's needs.

Availability: Every client will be assigned a primary and secondary contact during and after the projects to help address any comments. At least one of the contacts will be available everyday including weekends and holidays.
