Work Terms

I do most of my work at my office, with site visits whenever necessary and practical. For new clients, I usually require a small up-front fee, which will be applied to the last payment. If a job is more of an on-going gig, I usually don't require such an advance and bill weekly. I work on my server and give server access to my clients where the client can log on anytime and see the progress of the job. I also use GoToMeeting so we can have a true collaboration. I'm a verbal person with high communication skills, and welcome as much client interaction, input and feedback throughout the development process as the client wishes.
