My career has been focused on the development of data tools and applications that allow business to perform more efficiently. My primary focus has been on using data tools such as MS Access and SQL Server to develop such value.
Most recently, I worked for Sentri, Inc. an IT consulting firm to managed data migrations from legacy contact management systems to CRM systems. I assisted clients with defining business requirements, managing implementation plans, and provided technical assistance with data migrations, extractions, and reporting.
Prior to Sentri, I excelled at Eze Castle Software (ECS), during an extreme growth period for the organization. As a Senior Operations Analyst at ECS, my focus was to create value by implementing technological solutions for multiple business disciplines .
My Sentri and ECS experience is only one aspect of my value for an organization. Some additional accomplishments include:
Developed eighteen month forecasting tool for customer service management team that assisted in company wide initiative to reduce cost by 20% (Utilizing MS Access & VB).
Managed development and implementation of a web-enabled IT tracking system that increased help desk productivity by 25% (Developed on SQL Server).
Designed central web application to track client satisfaction, thus improving client retention levels (Developed on SQL Server).
