Work Terms

I am looking to work FROM my location now. I will like to have 10% for starting project. another 40% when I can show probe of my work is being done and 50% resting when I deliver the rest of my work. I warranty everything I do. If there is a bug that was caused because of my fault I will fix it for free. If you have a new request that was not written down on the original request then I will charge it as a extra job. I do the applications and give a help file. and relations for the functions in the usage. I will show it how to use only the customer NOT to his employees. If the customer requires third party person to learn how to use the software or webpage then a training fee must be agreed first. If for any the is the need to have a legal dispute I will request my local district judge to be in charge.
