Again, he did not hesitate to implement new ideas and features which were not part of the initial requirements. The delivery of the software was complete and included installation for the program and database as well as external links to download database tools. He provided all information to install and run the software without having to rely on him. If I am trying to find something negative I would probably mention his creativity. However, given the fact that I am special obsessive about straight lines, neat tables and immaculate look-and-feel while he is a programmer and focused on functionality, the issue does not weigh on the project or relationship and he always listened and fulfilled my demanding requirements. Great to work with, reliable, fast and helpful. I am very happy with the result and look forward to further improve the system and add new features with him. He went beyond what I was asking for and implemented additional features which were not included in my initial requirements.
