Highlights
|
With over 20 years of experience, I have seen the industry grow from its infancy to its current state. Helping companies exploit the data that they have at their disposal has been something that I've always tried to provide. Unfortunately, putting it all together is a challenge as it is too often spread across multiple systems in different formats and that's where my experience comes to the fore.
In recent years I've had to move data from MS-SQL servers to SalesForce.com and allow users to mine the contents of the old system. In other instances the company that I work for has been required to create reports back to the marketing teams of a major software company from data that is supposed to be in that companies data bases. Experience has shown that this is far from being the norm.
Meshing data from so many data sources into something that is easily understood at a quick glance to management is a challenge that brings great satisfaction and often, "Now that we have that, can we get it to do.." That speaks volumes for your level of success.
With 15 years of development with MS-Access and SQL server, I have been privileged to create applications for State government that soldiered on much longer than anyone would have expected.
Looking for ways to exploit what is currently available at a company and doing more with less has been a hallmark of my career that I am very proud of. When I'm told I exceeded expectations is when I know the job has been done right.

Work Terms

Weekends and evenings are the prime work times as I have a current commitment. I prefer to use Guru.com's payment suggestions.
As every project is different, each one needs a set of ground rules. If we decide to work together, there will be a Statement of Work that details out each parties expectations and a weekly status update meeting. I have been working with a B2B marketing company over the past 3 years and have been privileged enough to have seen how to implement many of those business practices into my personal ones.
Your expectations will be met and in a timely fashion as your happiness and my not going too deep into your budget are my way of putting myself in a position for you to want me to be your first choice on the next project.
Thanks for the consideration!
