Work Terms

Preferred method of communication is by email or by phone. IM and Skype available as alternatives as well.

I am generally available in the evenings and on weekends (Mountain Time USA), or by prior arrangement.

I prefer to work with employers that use the SafePay Escrow service. Payment is preferred by Check, e-Check, or Wire Transfer, but will also accept credit card and PayPal.

Feedback will be given for all employers within 3 business days upon completion of the project. In return, feedback is expected to be received within 3 business days for myself.

I work by a strict code of ethics. Any risks or issues will be communicated in a timely manner, including recommendations to reduce the risks, resolve the issues, or terminate the project as appropriate. In return, I expect timely communication on any changes needed to the scope or direction of the project.

Depending on the size of the project, maintenance is included for up to a year after completion, full refunds will be given if the project must be cancelled by me for any reason or the final product does not meet your needs. Partial refunds are available for projects cancelled by the sponsor, regardless of reason - size of refund dependent on the stage of completion for the project.

All final products become the property of the project sponsor, although I retain the rights to use it as sample work and for portfolio purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
