Name:
An Entity Browser in C#
Browser.cs.txt
Description:
The project is a scheduling and maintenance system for a charter company. Using an ORM tool, every table in the database can be represented by a code entity (class) equivalent. One way to edit such an entity is to provide a filter-able list of entities where the user can add or remove entities, called a "Browser". usually we need one browser and one filter model per entity. This sample shows a browser implementation. It is unique because in one .cs file i implement the user interface and the filter model with an excel file to hold the metadata needed to build them. The browser does not expect a particular entity type. It resolves what he needs using reflection and constructs dynamically typed bindable lists to present the results of fetching and filtering.@import url(http://www.guru.com/CuteSoft_Client/CuteEditor/Load.ashx?type=style&file=SyntaxHighlighter.css);@import url(/css/cuteeditor.css);
