Contract Position. Helped to improve the maturity of ICG’s software processes in terms of an evolutionary path from ad hoc, chaotic processes to mature, disciplined software processes using the SEI CMM model paradigm. Designed and developed several office productivity software packages/databases for internal clients. Products include a project management application called “ProjectTracker”. ProjectTracker is structured as a central repository and communication framework application. It is designed to customize, standardize, distribute, and share all project information across virtual teams, including third party vendors – from project initiation through closing. ProjectTracker users may collaborate in the planning and execution processes of a project while tracking team activities, resulting in better managed projects that are completed on time and within budget. Also created a finance application called ContractTracker used to track contract and vendor data. And finally, built StatusTracker, and application that facilitates functional status reporting throughout the entire corporation. Created a web pages via Visual Interdev utilizing ASP pages and Active X technology to provide ODBC database connectivity via web pages over the corporate intranet.
Contract Position. Designed and developed "TaxMan", a financial/contact management application that tracks government contact information and jurisdictional taxing information with regard fiber infrastructure requirements 360Net had to comply with and ultimately track and pay taxes for. This entire project was designed, developed, trained and delivered with online help in an astounding 2 month timeframe.
