application that provides billing reports and enters work orders for customer
updates into a SQL Server database.
Designed and produced a Statistical
Reporting product including an ETL process that acquires data from Oracle
databases, updates statistical summary tables in Access and outputs reports in
Portable Document Format (PDF). Excel
spreadsheets of summary data also are exported.
Outputs are delivered monthly to over sixty thousand customers.
Created a Data Dictionary
application that maintains standard data definitions and reference data sets
used to create and populate custom-designed Oracle tables for new customers.
Designed and implemented a Metadata Maintenance
application linked to a MySQL database supporting an AJAX Web application.
Designed and programmed complex queries
and reports for staff time spent on software maintenance and enhancements, linked
to a SQL Server database
