Contact: Initially, the best way to contact is through Guru (email or notifications). Once initial contact has been established phone contact is also an option.
Availability: Usually can be adapted to meet the client's needs. AthelasData believes it is important that the client has adequate access to the development process, so we will not bid on or accept a project if our availability to the client is compromised. If our availability is limited, we will disclose that to the client during the proposal stage, so the client can decide whether to proceed. In return AthelasData expects the client to be reasonably available to respond to requests for information, clarification, feedback, resources, etc. related to the project. "Reasonably available" will vary depending on the scope of the project, the timeline, and the completeness and accuracy of the specifications.
Payment: Payment type (SafePay escrow or invoice) will be specified in the proposal. Acceptable payment methods (check, e-check, PayPal etc.) will also be specified in the proposal. Generally payment by e-check is preferred.
