As a consultant to Banderacom I was responsible for pre-silicon bring up of the Ibandit chip on the Power PC Platform and code verification on the two supported Intel x86 platforms.
I was responsible for porting the VCOM34 Frame Relay embedded functionality to Baja-PPC 750 T1E1embeded Controller. This was done using the vxWorks RTOS, and the Tornado 2 development environment.
I was responsible for improving the performance of the download for the firmware for the VCOM34 Frame Relay Controller. The code was written as a multi threaded UNIX application in C code.
Ported OSF1 Single Server (UNIX) to the Release 1 IBM Microkernel. This involved debugging IBM Microkernel problems, device driver problems, and API changes on both PowerPC and Intel x86 Platforms.
