Payment Method:
Since we are here to work with you to get you project and IT related request done and on time, We adhere to transact through SafePay for your convenience and ours. We will also require escrow service in some instances depending on the job/project. In order for you to earn loyalty dollars we accept checks, e-checks and wire transfers.

Communication:
We will communicate with you base on your preference either by email, phone or skype on a regular basis per your request or when deemed necessary to make sure we are on the same page regarding the task at hand.

General Availability:
We offer a twenty-our hour service and depending on the project we are usually available through out the day Mondays through Fridays, except on US holidays when it becomes an on-call hours based. Most importantly depending on the time zone, we prefer the normal business hours of 8am-5pm est as we can get most of your resolve during this hours.
