Highlights
|
Currently, I am the lead for a large Project Management intranet application for a state government transportation firm. I personally developed over 95% of the application. It tracks cost, scope, schedule, risk and quality. It also has a flavor of GIS using a Google Maps API. The backend database is SQL Server 2000.
Many of the admin tools for the application use an ADO interface to the SQL Server backend and Access as the front-end.
Some of our tools/reports use this same ADO database connection for Excel to communicate to the database and deliver rich Excel reports.
I have also taught Introduction to C programming at Cal State Fresno, in addition to many classes in an office setting (Word, Excel, Access, Coldfusion and VBA).
My Land Surveying background and engineering education givea me a unique perspective on database applications.
I am able to clearly communicate verbally or in a written format.
