Work Terms

Communication

I work a full time job during the day, and will work on any freelance jobs at night and on the weekends. I communicate via email or instant messenger every step of the way on every project.

Payment

I usually require 50% of the quote up front as a down payment, and then 50% at project completion, but this is flexible. The final 50% is expected within 30 days from the invoice date. A late charge of the amount of 5% per month will be incurred by the client if payment exceeds 90 days. The invoice includes only charges for the scope of work specified.

All rights to code and/or design work are retained fully by Jonathan haywood unless previous arrangements have been made. Jonathan haywood reserves the right to use code and/or design work in other projects in whole or in part.
