As a Corporate Partner with a leading performance imporvement company in Houston, Texas, I designed, developed, and maintain a Corporate University with a focus on five areas - Quality Improvement, Customer Service, Creativity, Corporate Diversity, and Corporate Wellness. Knowledge College is a web-based online Corporate University written in DHTML and Cold Fusion using an SQL Server database engine. (1993 - present). This product has been purchased by several Fortune 500 companies as their corporate performance improvement tool.

In Houston, Texas, I developed and managed a countywide HIV Client Case Management network, which was elected the most effective centralized data collection and management system of its kind by the U.S. Office of Management and Budget in a national Ryan White HIV Services Grant field test. This award helped us secure major federal Grants. (1991 - 1997). This system was written in Microsoft Foxpro.

In partnership with a leading financial planning organization in Naples Florida, I developed a financial planning application called Rplanner, which is available for retail sale on the general market. (1994 - present). This application was written in Microsoft Visual Basic with a Microsoft Access database engine and a Crystal Reports reporting engine.
