I prefer to communicate via email with calls as needed. In person meetings are sometimes very productive at the start of a project, but by no means necessary.

Availability:
My work schedule fluctuates, but I prefer to work 9-6 Monday through Friday and some weekend work as needed. I can be flexible.

Guarantee:
When a project starts, I will go over the requirements with you before coding begins. If changes are needed after that, there will be a change order process including adjustments to time and costs. I am happy to have review sessions as often as you like, but prefer them to be at least weekly to ensure we are on the right track. At the end of the project, we will review the original requirements document and compare it to the finished project. If you are not reasonably satisfied with any aspect that was in the original specifications, we can negotiate a resolution.
