Work Terms
|
* Development will be done in a phased and iterative process.
* A phase shall be a completed working subset of the entire project, such as 3 - 4 weeks of work, an iteration will typically be completed weekly.
* A small project may be only a single phase (e.g. less than four weeks).
* Payment will be made using Guru's SafePay Escrow, and released upon completion of each phase.
* A list of deliverables will be used to determine when a phase is completed, such that the customer expectations are met and the scope of the project or phase is well defined. The customer and developer will complete this list cooperatively.
* All work is done on a project basis, unless an agreed upon hourly rate is used.
* Ideally development work is done on a separate development system that is set up the same way as the production environment, and then completed and approved code is ported (pushed) to the production system.
* All work will include component and integration testing as required.
* The customer is expected to provide feedback as each iteration is delivered, and not wait until after the developer has delivered the final product.
* This developer seeks to make customers extremely pleased with completed work, and therefore would desire public recommendations be made.
