Mono is my development platform of choice for Linux software, and I have been contributing small patches to the project over the years I have used it. They have all been accepted.

I have worked on dozens of pet open-source projects, including:

* YICS (previously "Y to ICS"), a protocol bridge between the Yahoo! Chess servers and FICS (www.freechess.org) clients.

* Open Visualization Platform (OpenVP), a music visualization project born out of an earlier project of mine. Nearing an alpha release. Uses many advanced programming concepts, including .NET reflection, OpenGL, and a hand-crafted scripting language compiler.

Work Terms

I would prefer to work with a specification that is delivered to me at the start of the project and I expect minimal deviations from that specification, though I do understand the need to refactor requirements.

I'd prefer to be paid using SafePay Escrow.

Communication may be a tad difficult as I am a college student. I expect to be available past 6 most nights. If this is not acceptable, alternate arrangements can be made. Reachability is never guaranteed unless arrangements are made in advance.
