With 10 years of experience as a software engineer, 8 years of developing shareware, 5 years of running my own freelance technology company and many years of illustration and graphic design experience under my belt I have a unique perspective when it comes to understanding all aspects of a project from the business to the technical to the design.

Payment Method:
I prefer payment through guru.com SafePay but am open to other payment arrangements if absolutely necessary

Communication:
Most communication is done through email or instant message but I like to have "Milestone" meeting over the phone. These are interactions where employer and freelancer discuss project fundamental or anything else that makes written communication impractical

Availability:
I am available all day via email and available via phone by appointment (that is to say, except for emergencies, I would like to settle on a date/time when one should call the other rather than calling unexpectedly).

Feedback:
It is appreciated if employer leaves feedback after a contract is completed. This goes a long way in helping me to win future contracts. Either way, I will leave feedback on employer's profile.

Expectations:
The most important part of any project is communication. If either party is unable to respond in a reasonable amount of time, projects can quickly derail. For this reason, I will very likely include, as part of the detailed proposal, a list of expectations (for the employer as well as myself) at each milestone.
