We provide a client extranet for you to see the status of your project and post questions/comments or additional requirements/documentation. Your project and related documentation is stored safely on our secure servers.
We develop all code and documentation in the USA; we do not outsource any work. We stand by our work. We receive work primarily based on client referrals.
About Our Communication and Project Management
Status emails are sent to the client regularly. Weekly status calls (via our conference bridge) can be setup to ensure all deliverables are met and expectations are set properly.
Our payment terms:
- 30% prepayment
- 50% upon completion of project
- 20% upon submission of deliverables
Our Project Engagement Process:
- Link to our site to submit your contact information as well as any documentation you have.
- We provide a brief form for you to fill out to give us a better idea of your requirements
- We create a requirements document for your review/signoff.
- We create the Statement of Work
