Our Engagement Model:

Payment Terms: We require a down payment before work commences. For small projects this will be 50% and for large projects this will be negotiable and include 1 to 3 milestone payments as the project proceeds with a final payment after you approve our work.

Communication Preferences: We communicate with you through our support ticket system, web meeting and phone.

Warranty: We officially warranty our work for 90 days after launch but we will most often support our product for longer for minor bugs. We also offer extended support and warranty plans.
