Human Resource Management System
Worked in the HR Module of Azure (ERP developed by Xylon Technologies). This is a complete end-to-end, hire-to-retire solution for HR processes. Developed user interface for personnel information, leave and loan management, and attendance system. The leave management system provides a facility to handle different types of leave applicable based on category of employees and the rules associated with it (Carry forwarding, reimbursement, etc.), quick and easy leave application, authorization, and maintenance of leave balance through workflow, Loans involved application, multiple types of loan, approval, and re-payment. The attendance system can be integrated with any kind of electronic attendance system (Punch card, Swipe card etc.). Different attendance mechanisms are in built (based on hours worked, quantity of output generated, presence, etc.), and shift allocation and scheduling. Generated all related reports. Was also involved in the HR training module.

Customer Resource Management (CRM)
Azure CRM - powered by customer-focused business strategy involves people, processes, and technology associated with sales, marketing, and service integrating back office accounting and ERP functionality. Designed and developed customer history and communication details. Consolidated data on customer making it available across the organization and facility for tracking multiple contracts, projects, and preferences.
Developed in VB6 using SQL Server and reporting tool Crystal Reports 8.5
File Management System
Solely designed, developed, and tested file allocation system for DataMatrix, a medical transcription firm. Transferred voice files in zip format from server to the transcriptionists (employee wise), transcripts to editors, and then finally to reviewers. Synchronized doctors' templates with the voice files. Created admin module for employee creation, employee login and user rights, client allocation, and turn around time for files. Extracted and listed voice files included in the zip file. The system supports multi company and multi location and includes payroll calculations and salary slip preparation.
Developed in VB.net/SQL Server/Crystal Reports.
RFID Middleware Data Management System for HSBC Bank
Solely designed, developed, and tested client interface for managing data read from RFID (radiofrequency identification) middleware. Used for monitoring document transfer from storage location. Generates various registers such as movement register, asset register, employee access register, and different movement patterns based on the movement of files. System imports data from the middleware and categorizes its movement IN and OUT. Data porting for different menus included.
Enhanced security issues by:
1. Restricting access to various menus based on user rights with options to give various levels of access rights.
2. System auditing based on employee wise, data wise, and user wise access to each menu.
Developed in ASP.net/JAVA script/SQL Server/Crystal reports.
Franchisee Management System
Was part of the team in developing a franchisee manager for Coral Academy (an IT training institute in Chennai). The system includes general enquiry, course schedules, course calendar, registrations (franchisee and member), exam registration, publishing details, and online communications. It allows franchisees and students to login and view their details.
Developed in ASP.net/JAVA script/SQL Server/Crystal reports.
