Work Terms

I can be reached by phone or e-mail Monday through Friday during regular business hours (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST), and limited e-mail on Sundays. I am not available on Saturdays. There are also certain days throughout the year during which I will not be available; these will be made known to you if they occur during your project.
For both of our protection, I only accept payment through guru.com's SafePay escrow service. My work is guaranteed for 180 days after all deliverables have been approved and accepted; should any faults occur within 180 days they will be corrected free of charge. Any faults founds after 180 will be corrected at a reduced hourly rate.
