Work Terms

I typically work as a 1099 contractor, but I prefer W-2 (if available). I will ask for a retainer equal to the amount of 10% of the total project up front for 1099 work, unless a weekly payment schedule or due upon receipt of invoice can be set up. The retainer is negotiable. I give discounts for prompt and timely payment. I will provide at least weekly or bi-weekly status updates and reports as needed (unless you prefer a different timeline).
