In order to ensure success, it is vital that we communicate with clients on a regular basis. Before we build or enhance any applications, we will work with you to refine your requirements so that the end product will be in line with your expectations.
We prefer to do our initial communication over the phone (or in person if you are in Dallas, TX). After our initial communication, we will be communicating with you via email. We are available to answer your questions almost 24 hours a day. Any emails you send us will be responded to within 24 hours or you can always call us if it is an urgent matter.
We prefer payments through the SafePay Escrow system, but we are open to other suggestions as well.
