Work Terms

Communication: The ideal situation is to meet one time face to face either in person or on Skype. After that the rest of the communication can be done through the phone, email, IMing, or whatever works best for you.
I have lots of experience working with people outside of the state and even the country, so distance is not a problem.
As far as payments, I usually do my projects in phases. There is the initial agreement fee, which is about $100. After that the rest of the project is split into thirds. The first phase is the creation of the front page, second is the creation of the back of the site, and finally the launch date.
I accept checks, e-checks, or wire transfer funds.
I am available any day of the week between the hours of 9am and 7pm Eastern Time.
What to expect from me:
-I will provide efficient communication with you, the employer
-I will teach you how to run your site once it is launched
-I can also provide a domain name and hosting for an additional fee
-I will provide you with a contract once the terms are agreed upon
What I expect from you:
-I expect efficient communication, that you respond to the emails, phone calls, etc. in a timely manner
-You are to provide any photos, content, videos, graphics, etc. that you wish to be used in a timely manner as well
