*Automated terminal label creation using VB and ActiveReports. Assembly line employees were looking up terminal data, then hand writing many phone numbers and codes on a small label. Now, labels are automatically created and printed by label makers placed at each station.
*Designed and developed a terminal installation scheduling application. The application evenly distributes installations between a fixed number of employees and does not allow for a time slot to be overbooked.
*Designed a B2B data exchange system to batch transfer ATMs from competitor monitoring systems to Lynk. Customers export data into an Excel spreadsheet, which validates the data and generates an error page upon saving using embedded macros. A .Net service then imports the data from the spreadsheet into Lynk's database and workflow system.
