Communication is the basis of all functional working relationships. I will go out of my way to and adjust my schedule and even lifestyle to guarantee my availability. I don't expect clients to do the same, but I do expect them to provide clear explanations of the project, answer all questions clearly and promptly, and provide meaningful feedback, to the best of their ability.
I use good grammar and spell check when necessary, but am willing to work with clients that do not speak English natively, or whose language skills are problematic.

I keep my schedule flexible so that you don't have to.
Feedback
I provide accurate and honest feedback to all of my clients and employees. I expect my business partners to do the same. I usually keep any negative comments private.
Ethics
I am morally flexible if the price is right.
Guarantee policy
I have been a freelance programmer for over a decade and have never failed to complete a project as agreed. I will clarify any likely points of disagreement before accepting a contract. If I fail to deliver as agreed, just don't pay me.
Professionalism
