Our philosophy:
• Deadlines are always met. To achieve this goal, we dedicate enough time and resources to prepare a detailed project outline in order to assure a common agreement on expectations, timeline and deliverables. At the same time we understand that business environments might change during development, and are certainly willing to adapt to changing customer requirements.
• Code needs to be bug-free. We rigorously test before delivery and back this up with unlimited amendments* within 30 days of delivery.
• Documentation is important. Once products exceed a certain complexity, documentation becomes an essential part of any project. Whenever necessary, we deliver clear documentation for both, end users and technical maintainers.
Additional terms:
• Regular status updates will be delivered to the client between milestones. Development is typically done on our test servers and clients are encouraged to review the product in development as early as technically possible.
• Once the client expresses satisfaction with the product, it will be deployed on a server environment chosen by the client.
• Payment plans: Typically we follow a 33%-33%-34% or 50%-50% scheme, but payment plans are dependent on the type of project, its complexity and duration, and negotiable.
* Guarantee is limited to amendments within the original scope of the project. Additional modifications or additions to the original project need to be negotiated separately
