If given the option, I prefer to focus on development of websites in PHP, Javascript, HTML and CSS, using Zend Framework as a Php backend and jQuery as a javascript framework. I have substantial experience with MySQL and Linux as well, and so tend to focus on development in those environments.
Before my start in PHP, I specialized in Java, including application development and game design.

Work Terms
|
For any project consisting of more than a week of work, I will lay out a full project spec prior to starting, which will detail every feature of the final product. I will expect that the project will stick to that spec until completion, as it is impossible to do work when the requirements are constantly changing.
However, I am more than happy to discuss any changes a client wishes to make at any time, and I will always make an effort to accommodate those requests. If the change concerns functionality I haven't started to work on, and the total amount of work would not be affected, then the project spec can be adjusted at that time. Otherwise, it will be necessary for me to complete the entire project under the original spec, and then implement those additional features on top of the final product.
If you are satisfied with my work, I may ask you to post a recommendation on one of my portfolios, including this site or linkedin. I will be very appreciative of any who do, and I may be able to reduce the project price for an honest appraisal. Similarly, if you'd like to reduce the project price in other ways, I may be able to do so by including an unobtrusive link to my site at the bottom of the final product. (I won't do this ordinarily, please ask me if you are interested).
