Work Terms

I understand the importance of communication in satisfying the client's and user's needs on schedule, within budget and of satisfactory quality. In an effort to accomplish these objectives, I employ the following policies:

1) All setup fees are required at the start of the project. These might include acquiring space from a webhost or a domain name.

2) Payment is accepted via paypal only. A payment schedule is established in alignment progression of the project and deliverables. All payments must be made before the project is delivered to the client for deployment.

3) Regular communication is expected to provide a quality product. Written agreement shall serve as the basis for the project requirements, usually in the form of a statement of work (SOW).

4) Any work that is not in accordance with the requirements is gauranteed. If the work was not a part of the original agreement, the cost of the project shall be renegotiated.
