Work Terms

I'm very easy to work with, and like to stay in full communication with my clients. I'm quick and accurate at what I do, and strive for the best results for my customers. My availability normally will be normal working hours Monday through Friday, although on projects I frequently pull very long hours and if I'm behind the computer you can feel free to contact me.Payments should be made in full after work has finalized, unless otherwise agreed upon by all parties involved. I guarantee all my work to be free from bugs, misconfiguration or security vulnerabilities (that is public knowledge at the time) - the guarantee will only be honored if fair and honest feedback/endorsement of the work performed is given.

My Code of ethics is the 'old fashioned' concept of the customer is always right. I believe in giving the big picture of what is going on, so that you, as the client, are well aware of all potential issues that could arise and if need be get them addressed and out of the way so work is not needlessly done twice or three times. I try my best to complete on the given schedule, although things happen and road blocks are encountered - I will be completely upfront on all issues and notify you immediately of any required decision making, etc...
