Marcia Moreland, President of Custom Design db, has served as President of a Local Business Association on the City Chamber of Commerce, served her country at the U.S. Navy Base in Pensacola, Florida, won a scholarship to college in Accounting and Business. She has a degree in Business Management. She is trained and certified by Sigma Consulting and Marketing. Has served companies both large & small. Work Terms

Custom Design Db solutions are complete and include the entire life cycle of a business project to include intake, work flow, programming, beta testing, project previews, installation, training, support and maintenance.
We will establish specific terms based on you project. However, here are some of our basic terms of business.
We do a free inductive intake to learn your needs, show you demos, see some of your problems, and outline the specifics of your project. We can do this intake on the phone or on site.
Then, we create a proposal to outline the project, give you a proposed cost, offer you times we are available, and provide you with our contract. Our standard payment terms are 50% due at signing and 50% due at beta testing sign off.
When you choose us for the job, we continue our intake and make you a scope of work document that we use as an outline to complete the work. We then begin working right away. Each week or routine time frame we agree upon, we meet and show you the progress of your project. This allows you to give input and help us to tweak the product to fit your needs exactly.
At beta testing we test the product with you using our outline to make sure we completed everything. Once you sign off on the product and complete the payment, we then release the products.
We don't stop there, we are there when you go live, we train you and make sure you are on your way. We offer support, maintenance, and more.
