Software Skills:	I am intimately familiar with several platforms. My preference is Microsoft technology (C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, SQL Server, etc.) but I have done as many projects in LAMP and related (PHP, Perl, MySQL, Oracle, mSQL, Apache, WebSphere, Linux, BSD, etc.). I have exceptional subject matter expertise in XML-related techologies (XML, XSD, XSLT, etc.; almost any acronym that begins with an X). I understand SOAP, AJAX and XML-RPC more thoroughly than most. My expertise is end-to-end, so I can work with or as your business analyst, defining requirements, straight through to and past rollout. I can configure hosting, servers, DNS, etc.
Additional Skills:	Management of resources like websites, networks, servers, etc. on the short term, generally for a period of time after rollout. TCP/IP networking including higher protocols such as DNS, low level HTTP, SSH, SSL, etc. Solid security experience from many years of experience working directly with financial institutions and in the online payment industry.

Work Terms

All of my work is unconditionally guaranteed. I work in good faith to provide you with the optimal solution for your needs. If the work doesn't meet the needs, I will work with you take corrective action. It is my policy to deliver early and in pieces so that this does not occur. I have a 100% success rate with this method.

I am currently available on a flexible schedule to suit your needs. My business hours are generally 8am to 6pm mountain time but I will adjust to suit clients in other time zones. I am available at all times for emergencies.

You can expect to hear from me three times a week throughout the project, unless we arrange otherwise. I generally like to speak live (phone or IM) at least once a week but other communication may be by other means. I have several phone numbers, Skype, several IM accounts, multiple email addresses, etc. so I am always very easy to find.

Schedule and communication will likely be different, generally more frequent, near the beginning and end of the project. This is customary in order to ensure that we start in the right direction and that the bridge meets in the middle when we're done.

Any reasonable payment terms are acceptable. If you are paying by a non-standard method, e.g., wire transfer, please let me know up front and we'll arrange something suitable for everyone. My preference is either SafePay Escrow or PayPal. I do not require a deposit up front but please expect to make partial payments at prearranged major milestones if not.
