Work Terms
|
Our payment terms vary from project to project:
1. You have to first award the project after the initial bid from the basic understanding of the project we have.
2. We will send you a project proposal, we will include in it, the expected task and development that we have to do, the price of the project and the milestones on the delivery of the project.
3. Once you approve the proposal, we will invoice you 25% of the total cost of the project. The remainder is due once the project is complete.
4. After we receive the payment for the invoice we will go over the project with you regarding any additional documents or details that you can provide us before we start working on the project.
5. Once we receive any extra details we will build the first draft of the project, and after you review the draft we will adjust any updates requested by you regarding the project.
6. Once the final approval is given on the project we will implement/deploy the website or email the files to you, according to what the agreement was or what you prefer.
7. You review the final results and if any adjustments are needed we will correct those regarding the application from our part.
8. When all the agreement milestones are completed we will ask you to pay the remaining invoice or release the escrow payment.
