MUMPS is an ANSI standard language that many people have never heard of. It is now marketed by Intersystems under the name of Cache`. Definition of Work:
Good projects result from good communication and good requirements defined up front in a contract. It doesn't have to be a complex legal document, just a clear understanding of what you want and how much you need. For example: "Build me a web site" is not a good set of requirements.
