Availability:
We are available to our clients 7 days a week 9am to 7pm (EST), and can be reached by email (request@pidex.ca), through skype and by telephone .

Guarantee:
We fix our bugs free of charge within the first 90 days after completion. After that we provide support and maintenance (if required) based on hourly rate.

Payment Method:
Guru Escrow.

Payment Terms:
Full Escrow deposit.
00% – Advance payment.
80-90% - Based on milestone
10-20% – Upon completion and approval of the final product.
We normally work with fixed price project with clear specification based on $20 per hour rate.
