Work Terms

Terms are dependent upon project scope. At Muombat we try to create a strong and lasting relationship with our clients and strive to provide exceptional service. We also have found that the best way to provide value is to be flexible. Therefore we work strictly on time and materials and require a small retainer depending on the size of the project and initial estimates. For most projects we try to deliver a useable feature set every two weeks. Depending on the client's budget and required time frame we can allocate 20-80 hrs a week to the project. We require a retainer of 2 weeks at the beginning of the project which will be applied to the last payment. This allows for a two week time frame after notice of the projects end so that we can finish any active work items and prepare hand off materials. It also, allows us time to line up new projects since we will have dedicated time to the current client. Client will then be billed after each 2 week cycle and approval of the portion of work completed. Payment is expected within 15 days of receipt of invoice unless otherwise arranged prior to beginning of work.
