I have a simple policy, I will be honest with you and expect the same in return. I will do my utmost to complete a project on time and when I can not, I will communicate that with you. On fixed priced projects, I guarantee my work to be 100% satisfactory to you before any payment is made. For hourly projects, I will provide regular progress updates and submit time-tracking reports.
Communication
Email is my preferred communication method, although I can also be available by phone if necessary. I am available by email daily.
Payment Methods
I require payment through SafePay Escrow for new relationships, which provides protection for both parties. Invoicing may be requested after the first transaction has been completed via SafePay Escrow. Preferred payment method is by Credit Card, Paypal, E-check, or Wire Transfer, however, in some cases other methods may be accepted.
Payment Terms:
For projects over US$500, the payment terms are as follows:
25% Upfront
25% on completion of Analysis & Design Phase
25% at Project Midpoint
25% at Project Completion
For projects below US$500, the payment terms are as follows:
50% Upfront
50% at Project Completion
