Work Terms

Payment Method
Payments for projects of $5000 or less must be deposited in the SafePay Escrow [by Check, E-check or Wire transfer] before release of deliverables. A period of 7-day try-use is granted; but often deliverables must be activated in 8 days to keep operating, so, funds release must be authorized in 7 days to enable activation by the 8-th day. Projects billed at more than $5000 are usually proposed and performed in validation-testable components that costs $5000.00 or less and delivered under the same escrow plan.

Communications:
Email is the preferred means of contact, unless otherwise stated for the project, and are replied within 24 hours.

Availability:
10 AM to 5 PM weekdays US EST.

Endorsements:
Though appreciated if made, endorsements are not required from clients, the rationale being that no two relationships have the same dynamic, hence endorsement by a client is not predictive of the dynamic of a prospective relationship.

Ethics and Warranty:
Warranty for non-Licence and licence-based deliverables is free bug-fixes respectively for 1 year, and 2 years after software next release. Deliverables found at try-use as missing specified functionality for faults due to contractor shall be remedied ASAP, otherwise remedied with extra billing. Decency including owning up to specifications-omissions are expected of clients. Mis-assignment of fault to enable changing project requirements after project-start, may result in contract termination by contractor.
