Work Terms

Communication: We prefer communication be by email, however some projects are much better to discuss on the phone. Size of a project has a large impact on schedule of status updates but I keep customers updated on progress at regular intervals. We do ask that I have a central point of contact that we can contact if any additional questions arise.

Code of Ethics: We will provide quality work in a timely fashion per the framework of the proposal. We will provide frequent statuses and protect the privacy of my customers and their data.

Work Feedback: Please post a review of our work upon completion of the project and we will provide feedback for you as well.

Payment Method: We use the SafePay Escrow account provided through guru.com. This provides our customers with security that they know they are going to get what they have requested. Payment to SafePay accounts is prefered to be check, e-check or wire transfer as it saves fees over other payment methods for both parties but any method that guru.com accepts is fine.
