Work Terms
|
Communication by phone and skype, and video conferencing during business hours (US-EST). After hours, voicemails, emails as well as cell phones. Web based issue tracking system is also available to our clients.
Projects can be based on fixed time and price, time and materials or joint venture.
Fixed time and price projects invoicing is 30% up front, 35% at mid-life of project milestone deliverables, 35% on final delivery and net terms in 15 days.
Others, invoicing weekly or monthly depending on project scope and duration, and net terms in 15 days.
Availability is immediate.
