* Oftentimes, a customer chooses the wrong technology to develop solution. I am not married to one language or platform and am well versed in many so I work to ensure that right technology is choosen and work with customer to provide pros and cons for each.
* Ensure that Customer understands what will he/she will get as an end result of development efforts and to make sure that both sides agree on what their responsibilities are and what assumptions are being made, if any.
