Work Terms
|
Payments - Typically projects are broken out into milestone payments and are due as each milestone has been met. All payments credit card payments are made through Escrow.
Communication - During the project development process you will be able to communicate directly the programmers and mangers via phone, email and Skype if preferred.
We will provide you with daily and weekly status reports on your project as well and provide you with access to our UAT server where you will see the progress made on your project.
Do you have your own offshore development center, or do you farm out the work?
We have own development center in Pune, India. These are our own employees which we manage, monitor and maintain. We do not subcontract or farm out our work. By doing so, it provides us with greater control over our processes.
Ownership of Codes - At the end of the project, all rights and codes are transfer to you so that you have 100% ownership.
Confidentiality - Before a initiating a project, BENCHMARK IT SOLUTIONS signs a Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and Project Confidentiality Agreement with its the clients. We also sign a Non Disclosure agreement with our employees so that the confidential information of the client is not shared with any external entity.
Do your engineers code in English?
Every line of code that we produce is only developed using the English language. Our resources are fluent in English both written and verbal.
